Emily's visit to Orlando

Emily came to visit us a few days (not long enough!!) in Orlando. Joe's nephew Michael also came to visit for a day. We hung out at Sea World and Disney, she got to swim with the dolphins with Dad. Here are some pics.

SAHM

I have really enjoyed being a SAHM the last 6 ? weeks, I'm supposed to be doing contract work for my old company but they are dragging their feet. Various news:
Christina is done with baby food and formula. She's eating table food and drinking milk. She walks all the time.
Joey is potty training about half the day, the only way I can get him to sit on the potty at 15 or 20 minute intervals is to leave the TV on all day and threaten to turn it off. And have a supply of cupcakes and cookies around.
Joe is in Phoenix, I feel sorry for my husband, he is working all the time and never getting enough sleep.
It has rained the last two days, we spent yesterday at Chick-fil-a, and today at Jumpin Joey's. Hopefully tomorrow the sun will be out.
We had dinner at Epcot, Italy the other night. It was a nice night out, even got to stay and watch the fireworks.
Will post some pics when I get ahold of Joe's camera.

kids first day at the beach

took the kids to daytona beach for an afternoon, it was an hour and a half drive but well worth it. they had a blast, neither one was afraid of the water, joey enjoyed swimming with daddy in the ocean.
how nice to spend the day with my hubby and kids at the beach instead of in a cubicle.

Visit with the Grandparents

Visited with grandma and great grandma and grandpa the last couple of days in Plantation, FL. Christina is taking 10 steps at a time, she really made a lot of progress while we were there, Joey had fun chasing lizards. here are some pics:

we're finally here and settled (and moving in a month since Joe's commute is an hour each way)..kids are enjoying not having to go to daycare and mommy is enjoying more joey, christina, and hubby time. we've had lunch with joe almost every day. here are some pics:
